Return & Refund Policy

At Maison Bruxelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund options.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@maisonbruxelle.be or call us at +1 (302) 488-9726. Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (such as cosmetics), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@maisonbruxelle.be.

Returns must be sent to: Ramselsesteenweg 466, 2230 Herselt, Belgium. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
